本品采用高沸點結合高效的抗泡配方，并參考德國國家實驗室冷卻劑抗腐技術，由高級多元醇，抗氧劑，防氣蝕劑等多種添加劑精制而成

產品特性：

1、施工對象：新車、磨合期后的車

2、施工操作流程：

（1）、車輛進入工位后打開暖風，對發動機進行常規檢查：發動機水溫、故障燈、暖風情況、冷卻系統檢漏。（如有滲漏維修后再操作）

（2）、擰開放水開關或拆開下水管，把原車冷卻水放掉，擰緊放水開關或裝好下水管。

（3）、等發動機降溫后往水箱里加進清水，起動發動機讓冷卻系統進行清洗，清洗過程加油門讓節溫器打開（不開空調時風扇轉動）

（4）、清洗完成后擰開放水開關把水放掉，拆開上、下水管，暖風管、中缸放水螺絲、副水箱（若螺絲太緊建議不拆），有雙空調的車型，還需拆除后排暖風管。

（5）、等發動機降溫后用清水清洗整個冷卻系統一遍，如水箱、缸休、暖風箱、副水箱等。

（6）、用AKO專業風槍把冷卻系統的水吹干凈。吹水流程：（1）吹干凈水箱內的冷卻水。（2）吹干凈缸體內的的冷卻水。（3）吹干凈暖水箱內的冷卻水（保證出水管無水珠則可）。

（7）往中缸加注500毫升愛蔻除水劑，用風吹出來（用杯接住），用測水儀測含水量（須測3次以上）儀器刻度達53以上，再把缸休中的除水劑吹干凈。

（8）、擰緊放水開關，裝上上、下水管、暖風管、中缸放水螺絲（注：留一條位置高的管不裝，加注無水冷卻油時讓它排空氣），清洗吹干后裝上副水箱。

（9）、往水箱里添加無水冷卻油，添加過程用手指捏上下水管進行排空（如該車型有放空螺絲則擰開螺絲進行排空），當水箱里的冷卻油加滿時，起動發動機踩油門讓節溫器打開（加速到2500轉/分，密切留意水溫變化及管道狀況）。

（10）、再往水箱及副水箱添加無水冷卻油直到標準液面，擰上水箱蓋道路試車，路試后打開水箱蓋測無水冷卻油中的水含量，儀器刻度達53以上，并檢查無水冷卻液的液面高度（不夠時添加到標準液面）。

（11）、檢查各水管有沒漏水，冷卻系統是否正常，在水箱蓋和車尾貼上AKO發動機環保冷卻油警告標志，以免再次加入傳統冷卻液和水。

注意事項：

（1）、換了AKO發動機環保冷卻油之后不能添加水或其他冷卻液，以免影響產品的最佳性能發揮。

（2）、行車時發現冷卻液不夠發動機溫度偏高，這時車上沒有AKO冷卻油，則可以添加一些純凈水先解燃眉之急，然后有條件時再把冷卻液徹底更換成AKO冷卻油，恢復原車性能。

Method of use:

1, construction condition:

A, km above the vehicles, before construction must use AKO cooling system treatment of cooling system for A thorough cleaning.

B, a new car or a 30000 km on the following vehicles are not clean.

2, operation process:

(1), prepare the cooling system treatment.

(2), open water tank cover the detergent directly into water tank, starting engine clean 10 minutes, the cleaning process must let go door WenQi Open Day.

(3), cleaning after the completion of the shut down engine, twist the open water switch, the cooling water drop.

(4), Water switch on

(6), cleaning after the completion of the open water switch to twist water, dismantle,hoses, warm wind tube (has a double air conditioning models, still to be removed in the warm wind tube)

(7), with the professional FengQiang AKO cooling system of water blow clean.

Blow water flow:

(1) the blow of filtered water cooling water.

(2) clean the cylinder of the blow cooling water.

(3) blow clean water tank warming of the cooling water (blew warm water tank, need to open the warm wind, temperature moves to switch the biggest)

(9), tear open next vice water tank, cleaning loaded on vice water tank.

(12), check the water pipes have no leak, the system is normal or not, in the water tank cover and the AKO engine cooling oil with environmental protection warning signs, lest again to join the traditional cooling fluid and water.

Note:

(1), changed the AKO engine cooling oil environmental protection after can not add water or other liquid cooling, lest affect the product's best performance.

(2), driving found cooling fluid enough engine temperature on the high side, then the car without AKO cooling oil, can add some water first the solution is having some trouble, then conditional when put cooling fluid replacement thoroughly into AKO cooling oil, restore the original car performance.
