產品功能：

使用方法：

1、為避免漆面過于干燥, 建議在漆面完成噴涂后24小時內進行濕磨平整.

2、按個別情況而選擇研磨砂紙的粗細級別(本產品可去除#1000以上的濕磨砂紙劃痕*)

3、如需快速有效地去除砂紙痕, 建議采用中到中粗羊毛球(注: 若采用粗/中粗海綿墊亦可, 但去痕速度會有差異.)

4、在羊毛球/海綿球上, 倒上大約2寸直徑圓形范圍的蠟. (注意: 在開始打磨的羊毛球/海綿球會較為干燥, 但當打磨一段時間后, 會有一定份量的粗蠟囤積在羊毛球/海綿墊的表面, 當表面積聚一定的粗蠟后, 用量會減少.)

5、用專業高速拋光機進行研磨, 速度應設在約1800轉/分鐘, 方向應由左上方開始, 到右上方, 打磨面積在一開始設定在2’x2’的范圍. 從左到右, 然后向下移動約5’’, 再從左到右. 切記羊毛球/海綿墊須平貼在漆面上, 否則 非常容易在漆面上留有螺旋紋.

6、打磨2’x2’’面積2-3次, 若粗蠟開始干燥, 可噴水霧再活化粗蠟進行二次研磨.

7、繼續研磨至粗蠟耗盡, 然后用柔軟的納米/微纖維布抹擦漆面.

Usage:

1. In order to avoid excessive dryness of the paint surface, it is recommended to conduct wet grinding and leveling within 24 hours after the painting is finished.

2. Select the thickness of abrasive paper according to individual cases (this product can remove more than #1000 wet abrasive paper scratches *)

3. If sandpaper marks need to be removed quickly and effectively, it is recommended to use medium-thick wool balls (note: if thick/medium-thick sponge pads are adopted, the mark removal speed will be different).

4, on the wool/sponge ball, pour over about 2 inches in diameter circular range of wax. (note: at the beginning of the grinding ball of wool/sponge ball is relatively dry, but when polishing after a period of time, there will be a certain amount of coarse hoard wax on the surface of wool ball/rubber cushion, after the surface accumulated certain coarse wax, consumption will be reduced.)

5, with professional high-speed grinding polishing machine, speed should be located in about 1800 r/min, the direction should start from the top left, to the upper right, polishing area in the first set in the range of 2 "x2". From left to right, then move down about 5 ", then from left to right. Remember that wool ball/cushions should be flat on the paint surface, otherwise very easy with spiral lines on the surface of the paint.

6. Polish the area of 2 'x2' 2-3 times. If the crude wax starts to dry, spray water mist and reactivate the crude wax for secondary grinding.

7. Continue grinding until the crude wax is exhausted, then apply a soft nano/micro fiber cloth to the finish.
