使用方法:

1、施工對象:

新車、磨合期后的車


2、施工操作流程:

(1)、車輛進入工位后打開暖風,對發(fā)動機進行常規(guī)檢查:發(fā)動機水溫、故障燈、暖風情況、冷卻系統(tǒng)檢漏。(如有滲漏維修后再操作)

(2)、擰開放水開關(guān)或拆開下水管,把原車冷卻水放掉,擰緊放水開關(guān)或裝好下水管。

(3)、等發(fā)動機降溫后往水箱里加進清水,起動發(fā)動機讓冷卻系統(tǒng)進行清洗,清洗過程加油門讓節(jié)溫器打開(不開空調(diào)時風扇轉(zhuǎn)動)

(4)、清洗完成后擰開放水開關(guān)把水放掉,拆開上、下水管,暖風管、中缸放水螺絲、副水箱(若螺絲太緊建議不拆),有雙空調(diào)的車型,還需拆除后排暖風管。

(5)、等發(fā)動機降溫后用清水清洗整個冷卻系統(tǒng)一遍,如水箱、缸休、暖風箱、副水箱等。

(6)、用UD專業(yè)風槍把冷卻系統(tǒng)的水吹干凈。吹水流程:(1)吹干凈水箱內(nèi)的冷卻水。(2)吹干凈缸體內(nèi)的的冷卻水。(3)吹干凈暖水箱內(nèi)的冷卻水(保證出水管無水珠則可)。

(7)往中缸加注500毫升優(yōu)道除水劑,用風吹出來(用杯接住),用測水儀測含水量(須測3次以上)儀器刻度達53以上,再把缸休中的除水劑吹干凈。

(8)、擰緊放水開關(guān),裝上上、下水管、暖風管、中缸放水螺絲(注:留一條位置高的管不裝,加注無水冷卻油時讓它排空氣),清洗吹干后裝上副水箱。

(9)、往水箱里添加無水冷卻油,添加過程用手指捏上下水管進行排空(如該車型有放空螺絲則擰開螺絲進行排空),當水箱里的冷卻油加滿時,起動發(fā)動機踩油門讓節(jié)溫器打開(加速到2500轉(zhuǎn)/分,密切留意水溫變化及管道狀況)。

(10)、再往水箱及副水箱添加無水冷卻油直到標準液面,擰上水箱蓋道路試車,路試后打開水箱蓋測無水冷卻油中的水含量,儀器刻度達53以上,并檢查無水冷卻液的液面高度(不夠時添加到標準液面)。

(11)、檢查各水管有沒漏水,冷卻系統(tǒng)是否正常,在水箱蓋和車尾貼上UD發(fā)動機環(huán)保冷卻油警告標志,以免再次加入傳統(tǒng)冷卻液和水。


誤區(qū)and注意事項!!!!

誤區(qū)和注意事項一:用自來水或者不合標準的冷卻液來替代無水冷卻油,或是在有優(yōu)道無水冷卻油上混合自來水或者不合標準或是含水的冷卻液來使用? 一會影響本品的性能 ,二是會出現(xiàn)以下幾種情況。

誤區(qū)和注意事項二:行車時發(fā)現(xiàn)冷卻液不夠發(fā)動機溫度偏高,這時車上沒有UD冷卻油,則可以添加一些純凈水先解燃眉之急,然后有條件時再把冷卻液徹底更換成UD冷卻油,恢復(fù)原車性能。
